How to Redeem Ticket Jackpot Balls
Recommended Use Cases:
- Cranes
- Redemption Rooms
- Prize Hub Rooms – Where staff has been adaquately trained in redeeming products
Redeeming:
- Contact Support to get ticket balls added into your redemption system: [email protected]
- Confirm that product has been put into your system. Jackpot ball values: 25, 50, 75, 100, & 500.
- See image below for reference.
- Value of jackpot ball will be located on front of ball.
- Scan the customers card, and redeem; Tickets will be added. Make sure to get the redeemed ball back from the customer to be recycled back into the crane.
